Site: right mid alar rim
Patient with a history of Basal cell carcinoma to the right mid alar rim. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages resulting in a 1.4 cm x 1.0 cm defect, followed by delayed reconstruction with a forehead flap.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right ala of the nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 12 mm x 10 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of ill-defined basal cell carcinoma to the left nasal tip. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 2.0 cm x 2.0 cm defect. Patient underwent forehead flap with cartilage graft and subsequent revision of forehead scar with dermal fat graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the supratip of nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 8 mm x 7 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma right medial alar rim. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 8 mm x 8 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the mid dorsal nose. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in four stages resulting in a 1.2 cm x 1.0 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.

Patient with a history of squamous cell carcinoma to the left medial dorsum. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages with defect measuring 7mm x 9mm. Patient underwent reconstruction with an advancement flap.
