Mohs Ear Patient 07
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma x 2 to the left ear. Patient underwent Mohs surgery to two sites. Patient underwent reconstruction with full thickness skin graft to both sites.
Mohs Ear Patient 08
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left ear mid helix. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 2.0 cm x 1.5 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a pedicle flap.

Patient with a history of squamous cell carcinoma to the left superior helix. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 12 mm x 9 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.

Patient with a basal cell carcinoma right lateral cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 1.9 cm x 1.0 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a linear closure.

Patient with a 4 year history of crusted area on forehead hairline. Biopsy proven basal cell carcinoma. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages with a post operative defect measuring 2.0cm x 1.6cm. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right mid lower eyelid. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 16 mm x 12 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a complex repair.
Excision Eye Patient 03
Patient with a history of melanoma to the left lateral lower eyelid. Patient underwent excision of melanoma and a temporary porcine Xenograft dressing was placed. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right lower eyelid. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in an 8 mm x 5 mm defect. Patient underwent a wedge closure.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the forehead. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 12 mm x 11 mm defect. Patient underwent delayed reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right malar cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 5 mm x 5 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a complex repair.
