Fair complected woman with history of multiple skin cancers and biopsy proven basal cell carcinoma on right forehead. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in six stages with post operative defect measuring 4.0cm x 3.4cm. Wound initially allowed to granulate and then delayed full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 2.9 cm x 2.5 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Patient with a history of squamous cell carcinoma to the right mandible. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 3.9 cm x 2.5 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a complex repair.

Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left temple. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 2.4 cm x 1.8 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the right eyebrow. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 2 cm x 2.2 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left ear mid helical sulcus. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 10 mm x 9 mm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history melanoma in-situ to the mid forehead. Patient underwent excision with Xenograft until clear margins were obtained. Patient then underwent repair with a full thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of large basal cell carcinoma to the left ear external auditory canal. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in one stage resulting in a 2.5 cm x 3.0 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a skin graft with a stent to keep canal entrance open.
Patient with a history of basal cell carcinoma to the left medial cheek. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 3.6 cm x 2.5 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a rotation flap.
