Patient – left frontal scalp
Patient with a history of Bowen’s disease to the left frontal scalp. The patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 2 cm x 1.8 cm defect and underwent reconstruction with a full-thickness skin graft.
Patient with a history of long standing basal cell carcinoma to the mid frontal scalp. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in three stages resulting in a 5.0 cm x 4.0 cm defect. Patient underwent reconstruction with a bilateral rotation flap.
Patient with a history of squamous cell carcinoma to the scalp. Patient underwent Mohs surgery in two stages resulting in a 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm defect. Patient was allowed to granulate and then underwent bilateral rotation flap closure.
